Our quality standards are exceedingly high.
Naturally, this applies to our own products, where we leave nothing to chance – from development, production and assembly to thorough performance tests and the final quality inspection. ‘Long-life clamping technology’ represents a lifelong promise of quality.

But we also expect our suppliers, the quality of whose parts we constantly test, to meet such high standards. Quality throughout the entire life cycle can only be achieved through continuous quality and environmental management and superior service support. We call this the OTT-JAKOB quality cycle.

From the initial enquiry to after-sales service: We focus on quality from the outset and have developed our own quality process for the development and production of our clamping systems: it starts on receipt of the initial specific enquiry with one of the technically skilled contacts in our company and covers the joint project planning and offer phase as well as production in line with the customer’s requirements and installation support. Afterwards, our after-sales service is available round the clock if any problems should arise, and we guarantee the availability of our spare parts all over the world and over the entire life cycle.

In my previous job as a bricklayer, I was involved in building the new administration building in 2004 and 2005. At that time, I never imagined that I would later be employed in the very same building. I have been a technical drawer at OTT-JAKOB since 2011 and, every day, I never fail to be motivated by the thought of working in an environment characterised by team spirit and outstanding expertise. My training as an industrial mechanic was perfect preparation for the work I currently do in the grinding shop. What I have always liked at OTT-JAKOB is the honest, trusting cooperation between superiors and employees. After I was hired on a permanent basis, I was soon allowed to independently operate production machines with which I was not familiar. There is an excellent working environment here and the conditions are perfect for being able to work in peace. OTT-JAKOB is also a social company in every aspect.
